Ten features. Each one in your mailbox.

Every InSortio feature works with a real folder or address in your mailbox. Here they all are, with an example of what they look like.

None of them needs a new app. The folders, addresses and digests below are created right where you read your mail.

01 — Sorting and learning

People stay in the inbox. Routine moves to folders.

InSortio judges every new message by its sender and headers. People you have ever written to stay in the inbox. Newsletters go to @Novinky, notifications and receipts to @Pozdeji, and the first message from a stranger waits in @Cekarna. If it gets one wrong, move the message — next time it knows.

  • Learns from moves in your own mail app, within five minutes
  • “Learned only” mode: moves only what you taught it yourself
  • Spam rescue: a message from someone you write to comes back out of spam
02 — Daily digest

Everything set aside arrives in one email.

At the time you choose, you get an email listing the messages that left the inbox since the last digest. Several messages from one sender become one line with a count. One click returns a message, teaches the sender, or marks everything as read at once.

  • Up to four times a day, weekdays only if you like
  • A text snippet, or with AI on a summary and one line per message
  • A copy for your assistant; mark all read, archive or trash in bulk
03 — Snoozing

Snooze a message and it comes back by itself.

Move a message to @Zitra, @PristiTyden or @PristiMesic. At the set time it returns to the top of the inbox, unread. Need a specific day? Create your own folder for “in 3 days” or “Monday 8:00”.

  • Back tomorrow, next week, next month, in N days or on a specific day and hour
  • Back to the top of the inbox, or to the original folder
  • Optionally a short note to the sender that you'll reply later
04 — Quiet hours

Evenings and weekends, mail waits.

Set a schedule, say 6 pm to 8 am and weekends, or switch quiet hours on once, “from now for two hours”. New mail waits in the @Klid folder meanwhile and returns to the inbox all at once at the end. Whoever really needs you gets through.

  • A schedule by day, or one-off quiet hours from now
  • Exceptions: people you know, or a secret word in the subject
  • An out-of-office reply from your address and a recap when it ends
05 — Reminders

Set a reminder with an address. The message returns on time.

Coming soon The feature is built and we are launching it. Until then the reminder addresses don't work; we'll let you know as soon as they do.

Write or forward an email to zitra@, 3dny@ or patek.9h@ and InSortio returns it to your inbox at that time. Put the address in the BCC of a sent message and it reminds you only if the recipient doesn't reply.

  • Relative and exact times, repeats such as kazdy.pondeli@
  • “Snooze until…” links right in the reminder
  • Reminders in your calendar (iCal)
06 — Rules

Write your own rule as one sentence.

“When a message meets all conditions — subject contains invoice, body contains payment due — move it to Accounting and add a label.” Conditions on sender, recipient, subject, body or a whole domain. Before switching a rule on, test it on your last 500 messages.

  • All or any conditions, even in groups
  • Domain rules that take precedence over learning
  • For every message you see which rule decided
07 — Big clean-up

Older mail by sender. Gone in one step.

The big clean-up finds older messages in all folders by sender — how many there are and how much space they take. Archive the ones you pick, mark them read or send them to the trash, and teach the sender at the same time. Folders can also be tidied on a schedule.

  • Filter by age, size (1, 5, 10, 25 MB) and subject
  • Scheduled clean-up: messages in @Novinky older than N days go to the archive
  • Archive or trash — nothing is deleted for good
08 — Optional AI

AI helps. It doesn't decide for you.

AI Sort decides on new senders the rules don't recognise and writes the digest summary — it sees only the sender and subject. AI Plus also drafts a reply in your style and saves it to the Drafts folder, adds a line to every message in the digest, and summarises threads and folders. You turn it on yourself, per mailbox.

  • Drafts wait in the Drafts folder — only you send them, after a check
  • A model's answer never triggers an irreversible action; AI deletes nothing
  • Message text goes to the model only with your consent; the result is stored, not a copy of the message
09 — Team

One mailbox, several people. Everyone sees only their own.

Invite colleagues and share a mailbox with them by role. A reader sees digests — senders and subjects, not content. An operator can teach senders and change settings. One account can hold several mailboxes, each with its own rules.

  • Reader and operator roles, set per mailbox
  • Several mailboxes under one account and plan
  • Activity overview by email
10 — Security

Mailbox access is the most sensitive thing. Hence the safeguards.

The mailbox password is stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect. You protect the account with two-factor authentication or a passkey. Mail records — sender, subject, where it went — are deleted after 30 days. Anything leaving from your address has strict limits.

  • Two-factor authentication and passkeys
  • Encrypted mailbox passwords; an app password for Gmail and Microsoft 365
  • Forwarding and replies only with safeguards, never into Trash or Spam

Tomorrow morning your inbox could be half empty.

Connecting a mailbox takes two minutes. For the first 30 days you get everything, AI included.

  • No credit card
  • Nothing deleted permanently
  • Cancel by disconnecting the mailbox
